About Princeton Spine Disc and Chiropractic
How Princeton Spine Disc and Chiropractic Serves Princeton
There is no shortage of chiropractic options in New Jersey. What is harder to find is a practice that goes beyond adjusting where the pain is and actually asks why it is there in the first place. That is the question Dr. Sojitra has been trying to answer since the beginning of his career and with more urgency after his own disc herniation forced him to look at the body differently.
The practice he has built in Princeton reflects everything that search produced. Zone Technique provides the neurological foundation for every care plan. Advanced technology – DRX9000 spinal decompression, SoftWave therapy, oxygen chambers, EMTT, cold laser, NeuFit, and Cranial Facial Release is layered on top based on what each patient’s specific case requires. The result is a level of individualized care that most patients in this area have simply not encountered before.
Meet Dr. Manish Sojitra
Dr. Manish Sojitra’s path to chiropractic began after a college car accident left him with a pelvic injury that chiropractic care helped resolve, restoring both his pain levels and athletic performance as a Rutgers University tennis captain and MVP. He earned his pre-med degree from Rutgers in 2005 and his doctorate from National University of Health Sciences in 2008, later building a successful practice in Illinois before returning to New Jersey. A major turning point came when he personally experienced a severe L5-S1 disc herniation, leading him through his own recovery journey with spinal decompression and chiropractic care. That experience helped shape the clinical approach he brings to patients today, combining advanced training, personal insight, and a strong focus on non-surgical solutions.
Dr. Sojitra's areas of focus include:
- Zone Technique and nervous system analysis
- DRX9000 spinal decompression for lumbar and disc conditions
- SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy
- Cranial Facial Release (NJ's only certified provider)
- EMTT using the Storz Magnetolith
- Full-body extremity adjusting, including ribs, joints, and intraoral work
A Care Approach Built Over 15 Years - Not Borrowed From One
Dr. Sojitra’s care approach was developed through more than 15 years of clinical experience, advanced training, and hands-on refinement rather than relying on a single technique for every patient. Built around Zone Technique as its neurological foundation, his method integrates therapies such as spinal decompression, SoftWave, EMTT, NeuFit, laser treatment, and more based on the needs of each individual case. The result is a highly personalized care model designed for patients seeking a more tailored approach, particularly those who have not found lasting relief through standard treatment protocols.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Princeton Spine Disc and Chiropractic runs a two-day new patient process. Day 1 is entirely evaluation. Day 2 is when findings are reviewed and care begins. That structure is deliberate. Dr. Sojitra will not recommend a care plan until he understands what is actually driving the problem.
Consultation covering your health history, goals, prior treatments, and expectations
Zone Technique analysis and neurological exam
Orthopedic testing and spinal and extremity assessment
Digital motion analysis X-rays where indicated
Thermography and Nerve Express ANS testing where indicated
Paperwork can be completed in advance or at the office 15 minutes before your appointment
Insurance and Payment
Princeton Spine Disc and Chiropractic operates as an out-of-network practice, allowing Dr. Sojitra to build care plans around clinical needs rather than insurance limitations. Because many therapies we offer like spinal decompression, SoftWave, EMTT, cold laser, NeuFit, and Cranial Facial Release, are not typically covered by insurance. The practice focuses on providing access to its full range of treatment options regardless of letting insurance dictate what services we offer. Payment plans and financial details are reviewed before care begins, and patients with PPO coverage may be eligible for partial reimbursement through superbill submission.
What Our Patients Are Saying
Posted on Google Ryan SomersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Dr. Manish and going through his Cranial Facial Release (CFR) procedure has been one of the best health decisions I've made. What immediately stood out was his thoroughness. He doesn't take a narrow or one-dimensional approach. He evaluates all six systems and looks at the body as an integrated whole. That full body perspective was exactly what I was looking for... not a quick fix, but a thoughtful, comprehensive strategy. Equally impressive was how much time he took to educate me. He didn't just "do the procedure" - he explained what he was seeing, why it mattered, and how everything is connected. As someone who values understanding the why behind the process, I appreciated that level of detail. For anyone who believes in solving problems at their source rather than masking symptoms, I can't recommend Dr. Manish highly enough. I'm incredibly glad I decided to move forward with CFR.Posted on Google Rahul SharmaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came in with chronic back pain I have dealt with for three years, starting after I had my fourth child. Dr. Manish’s care feels holistic and has made my recovery last, not just give quick relief. I do not just come in to get my back cracked. He focuses on strengthening the muscles that support a strong core and back so I can stay well between visits. I wholeheartedly recommend his practice if you want long term change and whole body support!Posted on Google Kelly AllenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve undergone four trauma surgeries in the last five years, the most recent a spiral fracture to my femur which led to neuropathy. After searching I found Dr. Manish who treats many types of conditions, with neuropathy being on his list. After completing two scripts of orthopedic PT Dr. Manish worked, using nerve stimulation, back decompression, balance/strength and manual manipulation as well as a home routine (red light/vibration/water bath/supplements) to set me on the right path to healing. I no longer use a cane at home and look forward to continued success outside the house. Highly recommended.
